Sharks Store is the official online store of the Cronulla Sutherland Rugby League Football Club Limited, and is the leading supplier of all fully licensed Cronulla Sharks NRL merchandise. Sharks Store reserves the right to alter the content on this site at anytime without notice and your continued use of the site implies that you accept these rights.

If you are under 18, you must have your parents or guardians permission before making any purchase on Sharks Store. Please discuss all terms and conditions with your parents or guardians before agreeing to these conditions.

Delivery
Please allow up to (10) working days for delivery. If we are not able to provide you with your specific product within the (10) working days, you will be contacted in person by Sharks Store to discuss alternative arrangements. It is important that we are able to contact you for any reason so please ensure all contact details are correct. Whilst all care is taken, Sharks Store cannot be held responsible for the loss or damages beyond their control to goods that may occur during delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
All Customers are advised to choose their products carefully as Sharks Store does not offer refunds, however we are happy to exchange any product for another size or product to equal value within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided to be eligible for an exchange. All exchanges will be subject to additional postage charges and must be returned in its original condition to be guaranteed an exchange. Sharks Store reserves the right to refuse any exchange based on its returned condition. For all exchanges we suggest that they are sent via express post or registered mail where they can be tracked by Australia Post. We will Endeavour to process your return within 10-14 working days
